At Cobourg Mazda, we prioritize safety above all else. That is why we are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation and updating our operating procedures daily, based on the recommendations from public health and government officials, to help protect the health and well-being of our customers and employees, and to do our part to minimize the spread of the virus in Canada.
In response to the government’s request to close non-essential business, our dealership will remain open for service only with reduced hours and no public access to the facility. Our sales department will temporarily be closed indefinitely. We will be continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation and updating our operating procedures daily, based on the recommendations from public health and government officials. We will be updating our website cobourgmazda.com and social media platforms with any new updates.
Service & Parts Hours
Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
Our service and parts facility will not be open to the public, we do have a No Contact Service Experience and a No Contact Parts Purchase process to limit the spread of the virus. For the health and well-being of our customers and employees, we are no longer offering shuttle service. All payments must be made on-line. Public access to our facilities will not be available. Specifically the doors will be locked so there will be no access to washrooms or waiting areas. We will only be offering a no contact experience during this time.
We understand the temporary closure of our sales department may impact you, but we are still here for you.
For Customers with An Upcoming Delivery:
If you have recently purchased a vehicle, we will be reaching out to you directly to make arrangements for you to take possession of your new Mazda! If you have any questions, please contact us at 905-372-1820.
For Customers with Upcoming Lease Terminations:

For Customers who Want to Purchase a New/Preowned Vehicle:
We are still here for you! You can shop online atcobourgmazda.com. You can shop our inventory online, request a quote and apply for financing all online. We are currently offering No Payments for 90 Days to assist anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle this month. This is in addition to the current monthly offers.
For Customers who Require a Payment Deferral:
For existing customers who are experiencing financial difficulty due to COVID-19 some deferral options may be available to you.
